Project

Rolwaling Sangag Choling Monastery being the spiritual center of Rolwaling has main responsibility to preserve the spiritual tradition in this sacred valley. Apart from it the monastery also undertakes various project acitivities that are necessary to benefit the villagers, visitors etc. The monastery takes initiatives in the areas of education, health and environment in Rolwaling.
Currently following projects have been completed.

Drinking Water Supply System

Supported by Malaysian Mr. Tan Sri Lau Boon Chea, Puan Sri Wong Soo Meng & Family, and Nepal Government.

School Hostel, Kitchen, Dining and Classrooms

Supported by Singapore Red Cross and Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT)
